The Stronger Block is a structured strength phase focused on building real, repeatable strength through progressive lifts and smart accessories. Across the block, members establish baselines, train with intent, and progress safely using percentages or sub-max loads suited to all experience levels. This block is designed to improve confidence under the bar, movement quality, and long-term strength development.

EnginePWR

EnginePWR

EnginePWR is our conditioning-focused class designed to build aerobic capacity and stamina. Sessions combine intervals, circuits, and mixed modalities to improve engine efficiency while keeping intensity scalable for all fitness levels. This class is about moving well, breathing under fatigue, and having fun doing it.

EMPWR

EMPWR is a WOD-style group training class that blends conditioning and strength into one session. Classes generally involve a conditioning piece followed by a barbell complex, designed to build muscle strength, increase endurance, and improve cardiovascular fitness. Every workout is coached and scalable, making it suitable for all experience levels while still driving real progression.
